Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Dockpal (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. License

Privdev grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Dockpal on any Mac you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple End User License Agreement.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the App.

3. Pro upgrade & purchases

The Pro upgrade is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase processed entirely by Apple's App Store. Payments, receipts, and refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their Terms of Sale.

Purchasing the Pro upgrade unlocks unlimited groups on your account. The upgrade can be restored on any Mac signed in with the same Apple ID at no additional cost.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Dockpal only for lawful purposes. You may not use the App to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware or harmful software

5. Disclaimer of warranties

Dockpal is provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Privdev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Dockpal — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Updates & discontinuation

We may update Dockpal at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue the App with reasonable notice. Existing purchases are not refunded if the App is discontinued, but the purchased version will continue to function on your device as long as macOS supports it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Privdev operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
